I'm a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) with 20 years' experience and have spent the past 15 years specialising in business acquisitions, exits and strategic growth. I've worked in professional services, led acquisition strategies as a CFO, prepared businesses for private equity investment and helped secure private equity funding.

Having worked on transactions from both sides of the table, I've seen what creates value, what destroys it, and the mistakes that cost people the most.

Today, my husband and I live aboard our sailing catamaran as we explore the South Pacific. Stepping away from corporate life gave me the opportunity to share what I'd learned with a much wider audience.
